Our primary responsibility for the redesign project was the preparation of comprehensive design documentation to guide subsequent implementation. This included undertaking analysis to inform the design of the new portal with an emphasis placed on optimizing customer experience. Importance was given to usability, UX and the strengthening of the service, sales and information functions of the portal.

The usability of the solution is boosted by a simplified and clear website structure, including navigation optimized for each customer segment (individuals, wholesalers) and the provision of clear guidance along the conversion path. This contributed to a significant strengthening of the customer acquisition and customer service capabilities of the portal.
The intention was to build the portal on a high-quality, robust and secure platform. This would facilitate the implementation of a long-term sustainable solution that simplifies the management of content and applications. The resulted in faster and easier content management while providing the end-user with a better experience, including faster load speeds.
