Project Result

We created a robust digital platform featuring a client zone to enable online reporting and processing of insured events. The portal features an integration layer which connects to the insurance company’s partner network and is scaled to multiple countries.

The digitization of the client zone has significantly cut down customer service costs while making the entire claims process faster and more effective. It has also improved customer experience when dealing with insured events. We also provided B2B partners a tool to better manage the increase in sales being driven by the delivery of the new portal.
